Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations received in writing via email to the appropriate CTAT staff member by January 23, 2012 will be refunded. After January 23, total registered amount is retained or payable to CTAT. Substitutions are welcome.

  • Cancellation and refund requests received after the posted cancellation deadline will be considered on a case by case basis. In cases of emergency and/or death, a refund not to exceed 50% may be issued.
  • Payment for registration is due within three weeks from date of registration by credit card, check or purchase order. Unpaid registrations will be automatically canceled.
  • The payment due date is listed on the registration confirmation. If payment is not received by the due date, registration will be canceled.
  • Registration may be reinstated after cancellation with an accepted form of payment at the prevailing conference rate. Registration reinstated prior to November 18 will be at the early bird discount rate. Registration reinstated after November 18 will be at the prevailing rate.
