Dedicated Face Time
Various activities will be held in the exhibit area throughout the conference. These include:
- Continental breakfasts
- 30 minute break after the opening general session
- Conference reception with entertainment, refreshments and door prizes
These dedicated exhibit times allow you to have face time with secondary and postsecondary educators from across Texas.
Attendance at all Sessions
As an exhibitor, you’re invited to attend the general session and all concurrent sessions. They’re ideal opportunities to meet potential attendees, as well as gain insight on how to market your products and services.
Exhibitor Workshops
Silver level and above
Present your products and services in a 45-minute educational session to attendees. Workshops are conducted in a breakout room and may be wired for internet for the presenter. These popular sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Presentation submissions and exhibitor registration must be received by October 8, 2010 to qualify.
Advertising Opportunities
Silver level and above
Reach attendees and members before, during and after the conference by advertising in multiple outlets including: the program guide, conference bags, the conference blog, general session and conference Twitter account.
