A block of rooms at the special conference rates of $108 single and $140 double is available at the Renaissance Austin. Be sure to ask for the special Education Open Source room rate when you call. Available to all conference attendees, rooms at this rate are subject to availability and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Hotel Discount Deadline
The cut-off date for accepting reservations into the EOS room block is January 13, 2012. Reservation requests received after that date will be accepted at the group rate based on availability. Paid registration for the 2012 Education Open Source Conference does not guarantee a hotel reservation at the headquarters hotel or at the special meeting rate.
